Shipping Policy
- Delivery is to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
- Please ensure that it is during office hours. (A place of work is the preferred location)
- We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible; however due to unforeseen circumstances and stock availability this may delay a delivery.
- Normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 10 working days. If there is no stock then orders will go onto a back order and may take 4 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays.
Return Policy
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us and return the goods within 7 days unopened AND undamaged and we will issue you with a gift voucher.
